Terms & Conditions

1. Your satisfaction is my top priority. Whether you are buying or selling, my goal is to make doing business with me a positive experience.  If you are unhappy, please let me know.

2. Please make checks and money orders payable simply to "William Litt."  I also accept Zelle, PayPal, and Venmo.  I reserve the right to add a 3% surcharge to PayPal and Venmo purchases to recoup what I am charged.

3. California residents must include 7.75% sales tax, or provide a resale number.

4. Shipping is free via my choice of Registered or Insured First Class Mail for orders of $500 or more.  Please include $30.00 for Registered Mail postage or $15.00 for Insured First Class if your order is under $500; I will ship lower value (generally under $100) items uninsured, but only with your written authorization to do so. 

5. Fourteen day return privilege.  A third-party graded note may not be returned for any reason if it has been removed from the holder in which it was encapsulated, or if the holder has been damaged in any way.  If you purchase a note from me and then advertise it for sale or auction on eBay or in any other print or electronic medium, you may not return it for any reason except authenticity.

6. Layaway plans are available.  Generally, the terms are 1/3 down with the balance due within 60 days, but I will try to work with you and be flexible.
